2019 Pre-Registration and form to fill out

Hello again, Rupertswood Basketball Club families,

Just a reminder, that before the Rupertswood Basketball Club delegates begin the onerous task of finalising teams for next season, we need to collect pre-registration fee of $70 per child (that will be subtracted from the Summer 2019/20 season registration fee of $170) next week.

The pre-registration fee confirms that your child definitely wants to play basketball next season.
The fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

We also need the Pre-Registration form to be read and completed (see attached PDF document), so that your family is aware of the Basketball Code of Conduct, Indemnity, and Publicity and Social Media expectations, and so that we have your current contact information. The Pre-Registration Form can be found HERE for you to print and complete and hand to coach or team manager, or we will have paper copies at Lakeside next week.

Rupertswood Basketball Club Committee members will be at Lakeside Stadium next week only:
Monday 5th August, 5.45 – 7pm and
Wednesday 7th August, 5 – 6.30pm

(We cannot go in the following week as Salesian College will be using the stadium).

We will have an EFTPOS machine to accept cash or card (though card will attract a fee on the night). Or you can pay via internet banking or direct deposit into the usual Bendigo Bank Rupertswood Basketball Club Inc. account. If paying via internet or direct deposit, please include a reference of current team, and surname so we can identify.

Eg: Barry Smith plays for the Boys Under 14 Rupo 4 side,
so the reference would be – BU14Rupo3 SMITH
